AMRAP in 31 min:

  • 8 Thrusters (m: 155 lbs, f: 105 lbs / m: 70 kg, f: 48 kg)
  • 6 Rope Climbs (4,5 m)
  • 11 Box Jumps (m: 30 inches, f: 24 inches / m: 75 cm, f: 60 cm)

This is a partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400 m with a sandbag (m: 45 lbs, f: 25 lbs / m: 20 kg, f: 12 kg). Once partner #2 returns from the run, partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin his 400 m run, while partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
