- 20 Overhead Squats (m: 95 lbs, f: 65 lbs / m: 43 kg, f: 30 kg)
- 20 Front Squats (m: 95 lbs, f: 65 lbs / m: 43 kg, f: 30 kg)
The athlete must perform 4 burpees EMOM until completion, this includes beginning the workout with 4 burpees.
