  • 100 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters w/ Dumbbells (m: 35 lbs, f: 25 lbs / m: 16 kg, f: 12 kg)

The athlete must perform 5 burpees EMOM until completion, this includes beginning the workout with 5 burpees.
