AMRAP in 8 Minutes:

  • 3 Handstand Push-ups
  • 3 Cleans (m: 185 lbs, f: 125 lbs)

Increase number of reps of HSPU by 3 each round, increase number of reps of Cleans by 3 after 3 rounds (3-3, 6-3, 9-3, 12-6, 15-6, 18-6, 21-9, …)!
