  • Squat Cleans (m: 95 lbs / 43 kg, f: 65 lbs / 30 kg)
  • Double Unders
  • Deadlifts (m: 185 lbs / 84 kg, f: 125 lbs / 57 kg)
  • Box Jumps (24″ / 60 cm)

Start each round with 50 m Bear Crawl.
