Strength

In teams of 2:

  • 100 Medball Sit-ups

Each does 5 rounds of:

  • 10 Plank-Walkups / Partner holds Push-up position

Workout

In Teams of 2 AMRAP in 30 Minutes:

  • 20 Leapfrogging (Over & Under)
  • 10 Shuttle Runs
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Shuttle Runs

One partner works at a time, the other rests.

Medium Interval: Run: 400 m / Rest 1:1
