a) Death by Man Makers

EMOM do

  • 1 Man Maker

Add 1 Man Maker every minute until first round incomplete.

b) Death by Pull-ups

EMOM do

Add 2 Pull-ups every minute until first round incomplete.

c) Death by Goblet Squats

EMOM do

  • 3 Goblet Squats

Add 3 Goblet Squats every minute until first round incomplete.

Rest 3 Minutes between Workouts.

Endurance Workout

Short Interval: Run: 150 m / Rest :15
