- 3 Push-ups, add 3 each Set (3, 6, 9, …)
- 1 Pull-ups, add 1 each Set (1, 2, 3, …)
- 2 Ring Dips, add 2 each Set (2, 4, 6, …)
- 10 Chin-ups, one less each Set (10, 9, 8, …)
- 5 Pistols
