  • 3 Push-ups, add 3 each Set (3, 6, 9, …)
  • 1 Pull-ups, add 1 each Set (1, 2, 3, …)
  • 2 Ring Dips, add 2 each Set (2, 4, 6, …)
  • 10 Chin-ups, one less each Set (10, 9, 8, …)
  • 5 Pistols

About Chuck:

PTE Chuck was serving with the Special Operations Task Group when he tragically lost his life in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan, on 21 June 2010.
