a) Death by Wall Balls

EMOM do

  • 1 Wall Ball

Add 1 Wall Ball every minute until first round incomplete.

b) Death by Goblet Squats

EMOM do

  • 2 Goblet Squats

Add 2 Goblet Squats every minute until first round incomplete.

c) Death by Sit-ups

EMOM do

  • 3 Sit-ups

Add 3 Sit-ups every minute until first round incomplete.

Endurance Workout

Short Interval: Run: :45 on / :90 off
