  • Push Press: 3 x 3 @ 75% – 2 x 2 @ 80% – 1 @ 85% – 2 x 2 @ 80% – 3 x 3 @ 75%

  • 400 m Run
  • 6 Power Cleans
  • Max Effort Strict Pull-ups until the clock hits 4:00

1 Minute Rest between each round.
Score is total Reps of Pull-ups.
