- 40 Deadlifts (m: 60 kg, f: 40 kg)
- 60 Push-ups
- 80 Box Jumps (m: 60 cm, f: 50 cm)
- 60 Push-ups
- 40 Deadlifts (m: 60 kg, f: 40 kg)
- 20 Burpees
One works on above, the other rows 350 m – than switch until workout is complete. Note time and distance rowed!
