In teams of 2 complete for time:

  • 20 Burpees
  • 40 Deadlifts (m: 60 kg, f: 40 kg)
  • 60 Push-ups
  • 80 Box Jumps (m: 60 cm, f: 50 cm)
  • 60 Push-ups
  • 40 Deadlifts  (m: 60 kg, f: 40 kg)
  • 20 Burpees

One works on above, the other rows 350 m – than switch until workout is complete. Note time and distance rowed!
