  • 100 ft Overhead Walking Lunges w/ Plate
    (m: 45 lbs, f: 30 lbs)
  • 30 Box Jumps (24 inch / 60 cm)
  • 20 Wall Balls (m: 20 lbs, f: 14 lbs)
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
