b) Death by Kettlebell Swings

EMOM do

Add 3 KB Swings every minute until first round incomplete.

c) Death by Goblet Squats

EMOM do

  • 2 Goblet Squats

Add 2 Goblet Squats every minute until first round incomplete.

Rest 3 Minutes between Workouts.

Endurance Workout

Short Interval: Run: 100 m / Rest 1:1
